It has fantastic views of Egmont Key, the Sunshine Skyway Bridge, and two famous Piers, one on each side of the park. With lots of shade trees, this is an ideal park for those who want to fish, shell, picnic, and play in the water.

Beachside Hotels

It is important to stay beachside with you book a hotel on the Island. There is something so magical about the sound of the water and the sights of the waves out your window. We found a cute Key West style Caribbean paradise, named the Anna Maria Island Beach Resort. A small place but located directly on the beach, this was the way to go.

As a City of Bradenton resident we have visited every single park in Manatee and Sarasota Counties. The best waterfront park of all is Bayfront Park in Anna Maria Island. You certainly want to add this recreational adventure to your itinerary. Nice discount resorts and beachside hotels put your right in the middle of the action. One of the best things to do in Bradenton.
