Historic Downtown Dunedin
Dunedin is one of the most adorable small towns on the west coast of Florida. Dunedin has an inviting small town feel. There are a myriad of shops to browse through, great restaurants to indulge your taste buds, and Dunedin plays host to the Pinellas County trail, which runs right through the center of town. This is a nice place to visit with parents or grandparents. They will enjoy the shops. It is also a great place to go on a date, or an outing with friends. There are plenty of first rate restaurants and bars to choose from. And while you're here, don't forget to take a stroll two blocks from the downtown area, and enjoy the waterfront and marina, with spectacular views off the shoreline.

Dunedin Restaurants
Cafe Alfresco was the spot we stop to eat during our visit to this quaint downtown district. We are the tampa bay area rollerblading club, and each weekend we get together to blade, and pick a place to stop, the last part of our blading adventure. The outdoor dining at Cafe Alfresco was perfect, a breeze and some beers. The food was excellent. You can't miss it, 344 Main Street, right by the pinellas trail.

They have some really nice concerts at the Dunedin Brewery, a much lessor known concert venue. We saw the band Traveling North and they played a lot of their album For That World. It was great, and we thought Dunedin was only famous for family style restaurants.
