Pink Shell Beach Resort
What a super fort myers beach vacation we had last week. That is one rocking beach area, with tons of activities. I thought the kayaking was the best ever. I noticed a lot of boater friendly restaurants on the intercoastal side of the island. We stayed at the Pink Shell Resort and was that hotel ever a treat. It is a huge complex, and has three pools and three restaurants right on site. That hotel is on our fort myers beach itinerary from here on out!

See it by Boat
You get plenty to see by boat, and it starts with Fort Myers Beach. This is a neat spot to pull up and enjoy all the boater friendly restaurants and beach bars. Close by are Cabbage Key and Cayo Costa, famous waterfront treasures. Or head a bit to the north to the car less Don Pedro Island, near Boca Grande.
