Frank Rendon Beach Park
We just love the wonderful beaches along the Volusia County shoreline. One of our favorites is Frank Rendon Beach Park, as this beach park has a lifeguard, showers, picnic tables, and the things you need for a quality beach day. At this Volusia County Beach, it is free parking, big waves, great water, and long walks down a pristine Atlantic Ocean shoreline. Frank Rendon Beach Park is a wonderful beach oasis.

Map of Volusia County Beaches
Q: Our family is going to take a weekend getaway vacation to Volusia County, and are looking to fill out our itinerary. We live in Anna Maria Island, but come to the east coast of Florida for a change of pace, the waves, and we just love both Daytona Beach Shores and Jetty Park. We are looking for a good map of the various beaches along the shoreline in Volusia County. Do you know of any good area resources? If not, we can pick up a map when we arrive.
Looking forward to our beach trip, Justin Ramirez (Anna Maria Island)
A: The waves along the east coast of Florida are truly special, which do make for a great Florida vacation getaway for us west coast based Florida residents. Volusia County publishes a few nice map resources, and is the one for Daytona Beach and Daytona Beach Shores area beach info. I also like to search and find the beach cams, that provide live web camera shots of the beach and the waves. It just gets me all fired up for our beach trips. Have a wonderful weekend. Be sure to let us know how it goes.

Got to tell everyone, our school make a field trip over to Smyrna Dunes Park. Easily one of the most interesting beach parks around east central Florida.
