Cortez Beach

Welcome to Cortez Beach, a neat one on the western shores of Manatee County.

All of your beach activities are here...With a fantastic shoreline for long walks, and really nice water for boating or snorkeling in the Gulf.

You will also discover a nice beach town. They have waterfront dining, shopping areas, a boat ramp near by, and great sunsets!

Florida Vacations

What a nice Florida summer vacation we just finished. The west coast of the state is just too much fun, with so many options of things to do. Our itinerary was just jam packed with water parks, attractions, beaches, and theme parks. Disney and Orlando were a big hit as well. Disney's Blizzard Beach was just amazing and rated very high on our Florida things to do list.

Central Florida East vs. West

C: Just wanted to thank you again for helping our Florida vacation itinerary and planning. Originally we were having a really hard time with the decision on hitting either the east or west coast. We had heard really good things about Tampa, Clearwater, St. Pete Beach, and Sarasota. Those were our west coast cities to see. However, the Daytona Beach, New Smyrna Beach, and Cocoa Beach offer a very nice vacation itinerary of options as well. Our family was at a real tough decision, and that is why you got our original email.

We finally figured it out. Yeah! Why not squeeze it all in. So in our two week vacation we are going to hit both coasts, and the Orlando area as well. The perfect vacation getaway, both sides of the state and the Orlando attractions and theme parks. This is going to be our best vacation ever. We head out next month and just cannot wait.

Thanks again for the itinerary planning suggestions.

Hi Lauren, That is great news and it sounds like the perfect vacation getaway. Please let us know how it goes. A trip report would be wonderful.

Florida Travel Itinerary

Your Florida Vacation Guide has been very helpful in putting together our vacation itinerary. It is neat to see the photos of Florida's Best Attractions, Dining Suggestions, Shopping, and Golf. Our trip to Boca Grande was tremendous, what a neat place to visit.

Pinellas County Fun

Spending many years of vacation time around the state, we decided to make the move and buy some Florida real estate. It was a tough decision, but the place to buy a home was in Pinellas County. This area is loaded with florida fun things, beaches, parks, attractions, and gulfside resorts. The waterfront real estate was reasonable, and that is the way we went.

Florida's Fabulous Seafood

One of the many reasons we moved to Florida is to take advantage of the wonderful seafood. The area is loaded with so many waterfront restaurants featuring mahi, grouper, conch, snapper, and the Florida lobster. My favorite things to do, waterfront dining.
