Rating the Disney World Resorts: #6 Contemporary

This getaway is a modern marvel, with a cosmopolitan feel and dramatic design. What a thrill to stay where the monorails buzz through the mezzanine. Oh, and it is so close to the Magic Kingdom, just a short monorail ride, and you are there. The hotel is located next to Bay Lake, and you can enjoy all kinds of water sports on the lake. There is also a magnificent pool and beach area, tennis courts, and a huge game room (it seems every kid in America knows about this infamous game room). Be sure to go to the top floor, where the California Grill provides superb cuisine, wonderful views, and a fantastic venue in which to see nightly fireworks displays.

	On the first floor is the entrance to the famous Contemporary Resort Fun Center. Kids of all ages get excited about this marvelous game room.
	The weather feels great as guests wait to slide on this fun water slide.
	Hold your breath. You're almost to the bottom. In another second, it'll be "swoosh" as you land in the refreshing water.
	This is a really exciting place to stay, as monorails glide by and take you on your way.
	Just outside the rear entrance is a lovely boat dock, here to transport guests to various locations throughout Disney.
	It's a beautiful winter day, and these guests are living it up at pool, heated to 82°.
	After visiting all the theme parks, it is all about relaxing around the pool.
	There is so much to do here, and there is something for everyone, as these teens enjoy a game of volleyball.
	Ah, what a convenient way to get around at Disney.
