We use Myers Dark Rum to make it just right. Some may want to let it sit for about five minutes to fully blend. Then just stir, and now it goes through the straw easy.

Florida Freeze Cocktail Recipe
The Florida Freeze is so easy. Just put all of the goodies below into a blender with about one cup of crushed ice. Quickly run the blender until the cocktail starts to look slushy and then drink slowly! Ingredients:
1 1/4 ounce Dark Rum
1 ounce Orange Juice
2 ounce Pineapple Juice
1 1/4 ounce Coconut Cream.

Just the Spot for Florida Freeze

I love the Florida Freeze Cocktail and prefer to drink it on the water at Gators. Do not think this is a sports bar, it is more of a Seafood Bar that just happens to attract a lot of beer drinkers! You can sit inside, but only in a rainstorm would you do that.
