You will love the Party Boat Fishing Adventure
I would definitely go out on the party fishing boat again, it is called the Miss Islamorada. The boat helpers do everything for you and will take it off the hook when you catch your fish. Also do the kayaking adventure through the mangroves, it is amazing to see.

Islamorada Kayak Ideas
I love to kayak around the island, it is the way to really see the dolphins frolic. Start out of Whale Harbor Marina and you can hit the buffet after you return.
