Tampa Bay Balloon Riding Club
The coolest time to come out is when the big balloons go up. They have a huge balloon festival and it is just too beautiful to see. Next time the video camera will be with me, and I am going to ride up.

Older children really enjoy the fairgrounds
One of the best things about the fairgrounds is that teenagers love this kind of thing still. It's easy to take children to places like the Florida Aquarium or Lowry Park Zoo, but once they get a little older they are more fidgety. This is a big winner for that age bracket, teenagers will love the show.

Shows & Events at Tampa Fairgrounds

Good show, it is way better than the old style days. Lots of music fills the air, at all times there seems like a band is playing somewhere on the property. Animals are huge in Tampa, they have tons and it makes it better than the Lowry Park Zoo. The animal handlers let you and your children get up and pet the critters. So fun, we loved the experience.
