Top Notch Greek Salad Recipe
We describe a nice Greek salad here: You have to start with a large ice-cream scoop size of authentic potato salad and pile on a nice multilayer of crispy lettuce. Then mix on top the feta cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, black olive slices, red onions, tomatoes, hot peppers, and toss a bit of oregano at the end. Go with the house select dressing when in Tarpon Springs.

Weekends for us are all about Day Trips and we found a nice one that we want to report on today. This place is called Tarpon Springs, which is on he water up near the North Pinellas County Border. Within one hour from most of Tampa Bay Residences, it is a special place to consider to sightseeing pleasures. It features Greek Stuff, like fancy salads, cookies, and even Greek Beer! This is a small town spot that is a fun party.
