St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce
More than a dozen big events make it so cool, so it is nice to stay at the resort here. It is just the perfect venue, with the surrounding bars plus our waterfront parks. These things will entertain your entire family. We really look forward to the live music, beer nights, fireworks and more.

Weekend Solutions for Outdoor Play
The waterfront in Downtown St. Petersburg is a public space perfectly in sync with the cool-as-a-cucumber vibe. The area is festive, fun, and makes the top-10 rated Florida daytrip destinations.

Our marketing department has been studying the trends and feedback from the visitors to the Downtown City Center. The focus was on Why are they here? Plus, Why did they come back? One thing that jumped out on the study, the free parks were the number one reason whey visitors return to the area. Sure they love the outdoor cafes, the live music spots, and the events. But on non-event days, returning visitors start off at the free parks.
