We found a great boating zone on Anna Maria Island. From the north end at coquina beach to holmes beach, it is really an outstanding area for boating. The ramp is Coquina Bayside Landings North, 2000 Gulf Drive South, Bradenton Beach FL 34217. You can call the folks at the manatee county parks at 941-742-5923 if you need extra details. This is a Wonderful Beachtown for Watersports!
There is a nice little restaurant and bar near the Cortez bridge you can pull up to and dock (Bridgetender). The downtown historic district is pretty neat to see. The boating is nice and this zone because you are protected from the wind and the waves.

One of the Coolest Beach Zones
This is a super spot and has plenty of boat trailer parking. Plus you can pull up to the beaches, and they have a bunch of boater friendly restaurants in the area.
