This is the place to stay on Sanibel for sure. You will love the sweeping gulf views and the nifty little beach bar by the pool. We found out about this one at the visitor center, which is on the right as you enter the island from the Causeway bridge. We would certainly recommend to everyone to take advantage of of all the information available for free at the center. A big thanks to them.

Lots of Shells on the Shoreline
You do know that it is known as the best shelling hotel in the Western Hemisphere! Use the toys, they really help you get more shells.

Nice Menu by the Poolside Bar
Our pleasure was to enjoy this hotel (two adults and our two children 6 & 8) which is very family oriented. It has that special timeless elegance but with the added benefit of all the modern conveniences. A fancy restaurant and beach bar is right on the resort grounds. Eat lunch on your poolside chair, while the kids play in the big swimming pool.
