The cruise ship operation dump and load up right in the heart of the city. Or perhaps it could be said that the city center has always been at the marina and port area, long before the cruise ships came to key west. It was the old shippers going to Havana and the Caribbean that set the stage for western part of the island being the hub of the action. Trips on the Grandeur here are perfect, just keep in mind the time of the year, heat, and do rent bikes.
