Where is the nicest beach area in Fort Lauderdale?
What a nice discovery, as this is one of the most scenic beaches in South Florida, but without all the masses of people. We stayed right along the ocean here at the Lago Mar Resort and Club. Now, this is our favorite local beach. You can watch the giant Disney Cruise Ship come by, and that is actually worth going out of your way to do. Having all the cargo and recreational boaters going through the Harbour Inlet Channel adds plenty of spice to the area. We love this beach!

Penguin Hotel on South Beach. Hotel Impossible! Yes, he is a straight shooter. It was the Penguin Hotel on South Beach. You will have to record some of those all about Florida Places. The one on Miami Beach is excellent.

Secret Beaches of Fort Lauderdale The people that discover South Ocean Lane really know that this is a gem. No traffic goes by, it is excellent for bicycle riding, and you are just a couple minutes from the party bars at the main alcohol consumption strip!

Nikki Beach in Miami Great area, similar to Nikki Beach in Miami. Not only the beaches, this part of South Fort Lauderdale has lots of gourmet dining and casual beach bars. We love all the destinations in South Florida, plus Key Largo.
