Do not be fooled by the reputation of Key West as a party spot. Tons of visitors also come here to take advantage of the sports and recreational opportunities available here on the island. The bike trail system is just the best and we love to ride bicycles in a city that is so bicycle friendly. During the hot part of the day, swing down south and enjoy the Snorkel Beach Park. The warm sunshine and clear water just makes for the perfect way to enjoy the afternoon.

Fitness Bicycle Riding in the Florida Keys
Oh my, this new bike is about 4 to 6 mph faster....I can fly like never before. Or maybe it is the extra high of being on vacation here at the Sheraton, right on the trail. I don't ever mind spending extra on fitness things...they keep us young!
