Vacation Hotels we really enjoyed Fine place and you get all the water play options. Rent or take a charter to fish a half-day, which is plenty for most to fill up the freezer. You can sell the fish local too. Another thing is a day or weekly boat rentals. Make sure you grab a local chart map. Just pack up your fishing and snorkeling gear. Big fun.
