We like to come down to Key West so we can take advantage of the waterfront. Oh my goodness is everything so beautiful, and the hot new thing appears to be paddle boards. These are surfboards that you stand on and paddle around to explore the area. Too slow for me, we like kayaks, sailing, and the half-day fishing trips. The fishing boats are geared towards people that are not big time fisherman, and they take care of everything to keep you happy.
Long-term Reservations are Risky Please do plan on the weather in the Florida Keys. You need to follow the ten day forecast. No bad weather for us in the Keys, please. I have been very upset over the high winds I look at keysnews.com everyday and noaa.org for the water reports everyday too.
