Love Pine Island and Fort Myers Beach
On this island, the best weekend is the Mullet Festival at Matlacha Park. This should make for some great video and photos. They sell smoked mullet as part of the fun. Maybe next weekend would be perfect for a boating outing from my house to Dock Fords!

Here is the best fishing park! Thanks for creating pages and places for people to enjoy. The way the lee county folks show it is just ok. They do fine, but the video or photo spread methods promotes it much better. It is clear that the highlights page is much more likely for someone to want to visit the park.

We like the park, with free parking right next to the kayak launching area. The have a lot of festivals here too, mainly on the weekends. The Mullet Toss Event is probably the most entertaining.
