WORLD CENTER

One of the better hotels in Orlando

Orlando might not be on the ocean, but that's the only downfall of the city...as it is so fun staying here. There are no sharks in the swimming pools and that is just fine for me. Having cocktails poolside is a dream for me and then we have Mickey Mouse and Universal Studios. This is a great spot for vacation pleasures and Disney.

Orlando TV and Vacation Videos
Yes, that is where I saw it too, on the Travel Channel with Samantha Brown. She calls it the Orlando Travel Weekend. And Rachel Ray went there too.

Winter Park Festival
Hi...Samantha Brown Travel Weekend did a bit on the Winter Park Festival. Perhaps you saw it, as that does look like a big deal. It was part of the Orlando Show that goes away from the theme parks and rollercoasters. What a nice thing to do when we stay at the World Center Orlando.

Splash Play is part of Vacation Days
We always pick a place that has a really big swimming pool, unless it's in the winter. Whenever we make reservations we also checked to make sure that the pool does not close in the evenings. Some hotels have daylight pool hours only, which is ridiculous.
