Playing out on the water is so fun in the Florida Keys. We liked taking the kayaks out for a long ride and then stopping over at Rumrunners Island Bar for their world famous rumrunner cocktails. The Pelican Cove just puts you right in the center of the action. A great spot for fun and play!
Upper Florida Keys Boater Friendly Hotels We loved staying here and all the very cool bars around (withing a mile or less). The pig sports pub was nice. Live music is best at Holiday Island. Go boating, the rental place is about 600 yards up the street. It was nice, a good break from Hollywood Beach (1.5 hours north).

Just the Best Place for Fun The key to this hotel is the abundance of activities to do each day. Watersports is the number one thing to do, since the fishing and boating is perfect here. Do try the seafood buffet at Whale Harbor Restaurant...yummy!
