Major certifications are accepted by the local dive shops, but make sure you bring your valid dive card with you. Rainbow Reef is outstanding, as are many others. There are certain boat dive charters that cater to scuba divers only, and many that take both scuba divers and snorkelers. Just ask a bunch of questions up front, then select from there. Christ of the Abyss Dive Site
We thought Christ of the Abyss was a winner to do and not too deep. The 4 thousand pound bronze sculpture lies in 25 feet of water.

What to Watch For Underwater
Those darn barracudas are unbelievable to dive along with. When you first see them it jolts you a bit, but get used to them. The adult cuda's average in the ten to thirty pound range, and look so menacing under the water.
