My Favorite is the Stuffed Gulf Grouper

Each time we walk in, immediately you get excited and ready to pick out one of the neat seafood dishes. Plus, no need to bother to fish off the nearby Redington Beach Pier to catch some fish. They do the prep work very well. Our preference is weather permitting to sit outside at the Conch Republic and it seems more like a picnic barbeque. The large parking lot makes it nice. My pick is the fresh catch or gulf grouper stuffed. They spice it up and add in shrimp-blue crab stuffing, and grill it up! Yum.

Grilled Shrimp Steak and Mahi-Mahi
I am a fan of the Island Seafood Dish which has grilled shrimp, sirloin steak, and mahi-mahi. It really gets the taste buds and is super with cold beers. We walk to it from our hotel, we are part of the management team at the Park Circle Vacation Rentals. It is a nice Bed and Breakfast that many of the restaurant regulars stay. We walk to there in less than sixty seconds. Stop by and take a look when you stop at the restaurant. The website is attached. Thanks for the interest in our lovely town!
