An extra special time to go is when the half-priced spirits and wine lubricated the crowd. Certainly happy hours are the busiest time of the day for many of the bars on the island, especially those like the Rum Barrel, as it is just a short walk from the docks. Tourists and locals all migrated from the boating zones to the bars for the happy hour drink deals and bar food discounts.
