Easy Does it Grilled Florida Shrimp

The simple shrimp recipes are often the best. The key to grilled shrimp is what you do before grilling. Prior to starting the fire, let the little ones swim in the marinated! It is a mixture of lemon juice (bottled juice is fine if you don't live in florida!), green onions, garlic cloves, and parsley, along with other seasonings to match your taste: 1 teaspoon each of dried basil and dry mustard. They grill up in about five minutes or so on a hot grill.

Grilled Shrimp is so Healthy
Be sure to cover and marinate grilled shrimp for at least 4 hours and overnight is better. No butter here, keep it healthy for a flat Florida belly! Grill them quickly over hot coals for about five to ten minutes, depending on your heat source. Turn along the way. Cut one in half and test to be sure they are cooked, but not over done.
