Lots of Fun Places for Dining and Playtime

While there are many quaint places for dining around Tampa, our family prefers the places that are festive and lively. That is a big part of the attraction for us to Channel Side. It makes for a sweet day trip in the weekend for anywhere in Tampa Bay. No traffic issues on the weekends in downtown Tampa.

Ideas for a nice dinner in Tampa
Q: Any ideas on a nice dinner in Tampa? We've heard about the Steak place (bern's, I think), but the higher priced menu just doesn't do anything for me. A: Channelside has a nice variety and good pricing for dinner.

Any Thoughts on Bern's Steak House Restaurant
Q: Secondly, nice dinner? Someone suggested Bern's, but I've never been there. It was my Brother in law and he is a bit stuffy. A: Yes a good spot, but a dress up type of place, which is odd in Florida. This is sandal land!

Very Interesting Trolley Rides Around Downtown
The trolley is a lot of fun to take and explore the downtown Tampa area. It takes you Ybor City and is very scenic. You don't find this kind of thing in most city centers. Very fun Tampa Things to Do.
