Watch the Cancellation Policy in the Keys
One of the better reasons to stay here is the cancellation policy, which provides more flexibility if the weather turns poor or someone gets sick just prior to your trip. A lot of the smaller hotels have very poor cancellation policies, for example having to cancel 21 days prior to check-in or forfeit one or more nights fee. That is just terrible. Keep that in mind when booking any rooms.
