All of the cool action starts as you cruise over the bridge and hit the primary beach zone. We love the seafood and outdoor patio style dining that dots the waterfront. The pleasures in Daytona Beach are simple and unbelievably delicious. Happy Hour is a big-big deal in the city and you will see advertisement for such all over the place and the poster signs in front of the beach bars. Do get a free local coupon guide, two-for-one dinners are the norm.

This is the land of Beach Bars! We love all the neat places to go in Florida, but few are as interesting and full of surprises as this. Love the beer bars by the beach, with live music cranking out!

Yeah-Yeah Daytona near Disney! Birthdays to Daytona are the best. And for my Ms. birthday girl, I will pay for the room fee!....Decide which place this weekend together is best? You may have suggestions or already have figured it out? Those cheapy rooms are wonderful, a Volusia County Dream. I love staying out close to I-4, it puts us in the Disney Zone!
Our Favorite Time for Daytona Beach One of the best times to visit Daytona is during the Blues Festival, which is a huge event here by the beach. They typically have a dozen or more musical acts which play and entertain the crowds. Music and the waves are the perfect combo!
