Touring the City without a Guide

One of the best parts of town to get outside and see a lot of things along the pathways. It really is amazing how much fitness you get when you come down to Key West on vacation. We ride bikes and walk a lot, everybody does just about all day long except when you are at a restaurant. I love this trail here along Atlantic Avenue.

Staying healthy up until Happy Hours
The island is so shady, it makes the bike and jogging fitness so comfortable. Then you toss in the sea-breeze to really make it nice. Hope you like the key west videos. I take may camcorder everywhere I go on the island.

Getting around Key West is so amazing
You really want to come over here if the timing fits with an afternoon bike ride. It does not take that long to bicycle ride the circumference of Key West island. This is one of the most scenic rides in all of Florida, worth fitting into your Key West itinerary. Trust me!
