Lee County Day Trip Ideas Each weekend we try to go somewhere cool, neat, and offering a few nice surprises along the way. A really good Florida Day Trip is out to the southern tip of Pine Island. Here you will find yourself touring a little tiny fishing village. It mixes mainly residential housing, vacation rentals, and restaurant bars.
