Be sure to checkout the launch schedule here, as watching a launch live is just fantastic. It can be any of the rockets that go up, each are fun and a great experience for all ages. Night launches are truly unique and a highlight of a florida beach vacation.

Plan Your Visit
A typical family should expect to spend 4 hours or more at the space center. Much of the day will be spent on the wonderful bus tour, while the bulk will be around the main attraction, the Visitor Center. Bring some food to save money. After visiting the space center, on the space coast many people don't really checkout the Merritt Island National Park. Merritt Island has some of the best real estate around the space coast.
