Boating and Hiking Fun

This is a very nice Pinellas County maintained park with beautiful lakeside scenery, flowers, and tall shade trees. It is a big park, and the most popular for its boating, picnics, and walking-biking trails.

Activities

It is a very active park attracting those wanting to launch their boat, picnic under the trees, and play along the trails. Locals come for their daily exercise (bike, blade, walk, and jog) on the 2-mile nature trail. Picnic party's are big, plus: BBQ grilling, the ball field, volleyball, and Florida outdoor fun.

Lake Seminole Park Questions or Comments

Boat Ramp Parking

Pinellas County put a good boat ramp together for all to use right there along banks of Lake Seminole. It is located on the east side of the lake. Parking is good, the ramp is multilane, and overflow parking is plentiful. Our family likes like to use the boat launch on special days and to enjoy the sunsets. The lake is a nice spot to view the late day sun falling. If you need more boat ramps around the area, just check the Pinellas County Boat Ramps List.

Rollerblading

You get plenty of room to roam around the park on blades, as they have a nice paved trail system throughout the park.
