Pirate Days Invasion at Johns Pass VillageWhat more could you as for, a free waterfront party and pirate invasion off the boardwalk of Johns Pass Village. This is one of the highlight events of the year in the city of Madeira Beach. Pirate Days invades the charming village and boardwalk at John’s Pass, unleashing some very entertaining family fun. This three day event offers lots of options for both day or evening fun, including: pirate ship battles, the pirate ship parade, costume contests, the pirates ball, pub crawl, treasure hunts, art show, live music, drink tasting, and more.
John Levique Pirate DaysPerfect for all ages, "John Levique Pirate Days" was put together to celebrate John Levique. Legend has it that he and his mighty crew discovered John's Pass. The various shops, bars, and restaurants along Johns Pass Village got together, and created a fine weekend of entertainment in John Levique's honor.
The Water Cannon BattleSome of the most fun can be had watching the midday pirate boat parade and invasion. Hundred of boats come prepared with an assortment of tools to propel water at each other. It is neat to see the various water guns and boats battle just in front of the Johns Pass Boardwalk. The battle includes boats of all sizes, as they run around and soak each other with their water cannons. Join the Pub CrawlCertainly a featured Madeira Beach event is the Pub Crawl, an adult beverage walk along the village, that just can't be missed. You stop at various Johns Pass Restaurants and Beach Bars to be treated to some very special cocktails, eats, and treats. Nick and Debbie Wagner from nearby Treasure Island stated, "Last year was the just the best Pirate Days Pub Crawl. It was fun, with zany entertainment, and so many people you will meet. This year we are doing the Pub Crawl again, and also trying the Pirates Ball for the first time. We are true pirates at heart!" More Information
