Sawgrass Lake Park
What an outstanding park for enjoying St. Petersburg's nature, a great spot to go biking or walking around. Sawgrass Lake Park was just what we were looking for, a scenic nature park that we could use each evening after returning home from work. We wanted to buy a piece of real estate that was close to something special. This is it, a super family focused fitness park!

A nice lakefront view, it is just so relaxing. If you cannot budget for a gulf front home, living on a lake or near a park is the next best thing.

Sawgrass Lake Park Questions or Comments
Downtown St. Petersburg
It is really neat to be so close to downtown Petersburg. Real estate close to the city scene does very well, as Baywalk, Vinoy Park, and The Pier are just a few of the city fun spot. The waterfront homes along the bay and the beaches are just amazing, a great home buy if you can afford it. Since the area is basically built out, the Pinellas County Real Estate should continue to do well over the long run.

St. Petersburg Real Estate
It was a tough decision on what part of Pinellas to buy a home, but we like being central to all of the fun things, so this area was perfect for our family. St. Petersburg just is the best town, we love it here.
