The water and the warm climate makes for a great place for biking, golf, boating, fishing, or just relaxing on the beach. Around the area are over 20 parks that cover just about every sporting or leisurely activity.

We just love the fishing, discount resorts, and quality of life that the City of Venice offers. The Venice real estate is just the best, nearly the whole city area is within five minutes from Venice Beach. Is that cool or what, just five minutes from the beach!
