Tampa Bay Blues Festival

Summer rolls in and so does the Tampa Bay Blues Festival, for some hot music on the St. Petersburg downtown waterfront. This event has a national following, as people fly and drive in from all over the nation to party and dance to the music at Vinoy Park. Each year the event promoters are able to put together exceptional lineups that please all, no matter what shade of blues you prefer. It is three days with the movers and shakers in the Blues.

Cajun Zydeco Crawfish Festival

Boasting the best outdoor venue in Florida (Vinoy Waterfront Park), this three-day Cajun themed event features musical performances, kids play zones, crafter's, and spicy food and beverage vendors. It is good fun, just be ready to visit the Bayou's of Louisiana and its rich Cajun heritage, music, and award winning Louisiana cuisine. The Cajun Zydeco Crawfish Festival is a true Cajun celebration, so get ready for a Bayou Blasting good time.

Illuminated Night Parade

Winding through downtown St. Petersburg's beautiful waterfront, the Progress Energy Illuminated Night Parade has been a favorite among audiences of all ages since 1969. Old Northeast

C: We love Vinoy Park, as our home is located right in the Old Northeast Historic District. It is right there in downtown area, just to the north of St. Petersburg, Florida. Old Northeast is located just a block from the shoreline of Tampa Bay and Vinoy Park. So it is really cool, and only a nice walk from the quaint shops, restaurants, and fun nightlife of downtown. Many think that Old Northeast is the best place to buy real estate for families moving to St. Pete.

Vans Warped Tour

Can't wait for this vinoy park concert, it is Friday, July 20 here in St. Petersburg. What a big show, the nation's largest alternative rock tour featuring the hottest bands in the industry. The concert runs from noon to 10 pm.
