Westchase Community & Golf Club Questions or Comments
How's the Westchase Golf Course?
Q: Hi, I saw those nice golf photos, and wondered how does the course play. Got a good round in at the Eagles Golf Course yesterday, and that course is nice. I was heading home down Linebaugh and saw a glimpse of the Westchase course, but did not have time to stop. What did you think?
Thanks, Bobby Winton (Tampa Florida)
A: The course is nice, very nice. I would say that the Westchase golf course compares equally to the Eagles Golf. The each have a good mix of par three, four, and even par fives. You will use you entire bag of clubs, and will also find some water. Bring a few extra golf balls, just in case. Enjoy the golf.
Westchase Pool
Let's try to get everyone to the community get together's held each Friday evenings at the big lap pool. It is pot luck, and really fun for all ages. Bring your suit and jump in, parents and kids both.

Deed Restrictions
Just remember the grass is always greener, as deed restrictions uphold design standards in subdivisions. Westchase is not new, and is a collection of neighborhoods that are having to update their rules as times change. Of course, the great golf continues.

Catch Twenty-Three is a west park village restaurant, 10103 Montague Street., and offers wonderful appetizers like surgarcane skewered shrimp and entrees such as pepercorn crusted tuna, do miss this diner. Another fun one is Marina's Pizza & Pasta, 12121 West Linebaugh Avenue, serving New York style pizza, including by-the-slice options.
